Hake stuffed with ham and asparagus


250 grams of green asparagus

2 fillets of hake, clean and open

4 slices of Iberian ham



Extra virgin olive oil

Salt and lemon



Firtst, preheat the oven around 200 degrees for 13-15 minutes.

Then fry the asparagus until tender, and fry the onion.

Add salt to the loins of hake and fill them with the asparagus and the Iberian ham. Close them.

Cut the tomato into thin slices and put them in a recipe for the oven. Incorporate the loins of hake over and add the oil, parsley, and lemon.

Finally, introduce it into the oven and leave it for 20 minutes at 170-180 degrees, depending on the size of the loins of hake which we are preparing.
