Puff pastry with banana, cheese and orange dumplings


1 sheet of puff pastry

2 bananas

1 wedge of manchego cheese

Cream cheese

Orange zest

1 egg


Icing sugar



Stretch and cut the sheet of puff pastry in circles with a mold and put them in the oven tray. Put up two or three slices of banana, a triangle of manchego cheese and a little bit of cream cheese, grate the orange peel over the cheese

Close the dumplings and paint them with beaten egg. With the oven at 200 degrees, bake the dumplings until they have a golden color. Remove them from the oven and sprinkle the icing sugar and the cinnamon.
